Qualifications

• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with teachers, students, parents, community, and administration.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and a Student Information System (SIS).

Responsibilities

• Plans and implements a program of instruction aligned with CSUSA philosophy, goals and objectives.
• Develops purposeful, effective lesson plans and maximizes time on task.
• Presents subject matter to maximize learning and provide real-world examples.
• Maintains accurate student records and assesses progress consistently.
• Creates a positive, supportive classroom environment and communicates with parents and staff.
• Participates in curriculum planning and integrates IEP-related diagnostics where required.
