Job summary

KIPP Jacksonville Public Schools seeks passionate Elementary Teachers to join the team. Teachers are assigned one grade level and are responsible for creating a positive classroom environment, implementing curriculum, assessing students, collaborating with their team, building relationships with families.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree is required.
• Florida teaching certification or eligibility for certification in PK-3 or K-6.
• 1+ year of teaching experience with track-record of achievement.
• Commitment to inclusive, healthy, empowering community for students.

Responsibilities

• Create a positive classroom environment and implement curriculum.
• Assess students and track progress.
• Collaborate with the grade-level team and families; build relationships with families.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Principal.
