The ideal candidate holds a Tennessee teaching license with endorsement, a Bachelor’s degree, and prior full-time teaching experience in a high-performing, diverse setting. The position offers growth opportunities and a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Full-time teaching experience in a school setting.
• Experience in high-performing, diverse school community preferred.

Responsibilities

• Internalize and execute curricula, unit plans, lesson plans, and materials.
• Build achievement-oriented classroom culture during daily activities.
• Communicate regularly with families and attend evening events.
• Engage in ongoing professional development, including weekly sessions until 4:30pm.
• Teach a daily schedule from 7:17am to 3:37pm.
