Spring Education Group in Austin, TX seeks an Elementary Teacher for Paragon Prep to deliver engaging PK-8 instruction and foster students’ academic, social, and emotional growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Degree in teaching or a specialized subject with a certificate in education preferred.
• Teaching certificate preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience required.
• Proven experience as an elementary teacher, preferably in the lower grades.
• CPR knowledge or certification preferred.
• Must be able to work in person at the school campus.

Responsabilités

• Plan, prepare, and present lessons that support elementary learning goals.
• Use visual, audio, interactive, and hands-on instructional methods.
• Provide individualized instruction with differentiated learning experiences.
• Create and distribute age-appropriate educational content, notes, assignments, activities, and classroom materials.
• Assess and record student progress and provide age-appropriate feedback and support.
• Maintain a tidy, orderly, safe, and welcoming classroom environment.
• Build positive relationships with students based on trust and encouragement.
• Observe and report on students’ behavior and social-emotional needs.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, administrators, and school stakeholders.
• Follow school policies, procedures, and educational guidelines.
• Continue to develop professional skills through seminars and meetings.
