Job summary

Ashland-School-District is seeking an Elementary Teacher (1.0 FTE, probationary) to join our district-wide team. The position reports to the Principal and is based in Ashland, Oregon.

Salary is determined by the licensed salary schedule for 2025-2026, with the 2026-27 schedule to be determined. The Teacher will promote successful learning for students, maintain professional relations with staff and families, and collaborate with educators to provide equitable, high-quality instruction aligned

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution; teaching experience preferred.
Valid Oregon teaching license with Elementary Multiple Subjects endorsement.
Commitment to equity and engaging diverse student populations.

Responsibilities

Promote high-level achievement relative to individual student abilities.
Implement techniques and methodologies appropriate to student abilities.
Organize instruction with clearly defined objectives and outcomes.
Provide timely feedback and documentation of student progress.
Maintain cooperative relationships with staff, parents and students.
Collaborate with professional educators to ensure equitable access to instruction.
