Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or EC-6 Texas Certification.
• Commitment to the mission and a can-do attitude to support all scholars.
• Proven success teaching diverse learners, including emergent bilingual learners.
• Proficiency in data-informed instruction, strong classroom management, and collaboration on lesson planning.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and teach using provided curriculums and assess scholar progress.
• Use assessment data to guide instructional decisions and improve outcomes.
• Leverage technology for communication and education while following restorative practices.
• Participate in training, meetings, and professional development to refine instructional practices.
