Mills Elementary School, part of Klamath Falls City Schools, seeks an exceptional Elementary Teacher to support diverse learners and help implement strong instructional practices in a collaborative environment.

The position offers a 190-day schedule under the KFEA contract, with compensation ranging from $53,683.89 to $99,647.38 per year, prorated by FTE. Pre-employment requirements include background checks and drug screening.

Qualifications

• Hold or qualify for a valid Oregon Teaching License issued by the Teacher Standards and Practices Commission (TSPC).
• Ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with students, families, and staff.
• Commitment to high expectations and strong instructional practices for all students.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team-based instructional environment.
• Demonstrated commitment to supporting the academic, behavioral, and social-emotional success of students.
• Responsibility of employee to obtain and maintain all required trainings, certifications, and licensure.
• Must have regular and reliable attendance and the ability to perform the essential functions of the position.
