MSGL’s facilities provide an immersive indoor and outdoor learning environment. Our experienced and dedicated staff support children in developing self-awareness and an understanding of the world around them through balanced independence and structure within mixed-age classroom communities.

  • Prepare an annual statement of professional goals and objectives for evaluation and growth
  • Support a diverse range of learners, including neurodivergent students, through individualized instruction and observation-based planning
  • Supervise students during outdoor learning, transitions, and school outings
  • Communicate regularly with parents for consultation and collaboration, including regular classroom newsletters
  • Be in attendance at school in accordance with the terms set forth in the letter of agreement, current elementary school hours 8am–3:15pm on an August–May school calendar
  • Maintain a prepared classroom environment and other instructional spaces

  • Model the values of the MSGL Mission Statement, Diversity Statement, and Community Norms
  • Perform other reasonable duties as assigned by the Executive Director

Benefits
  • $45,000 – 50,000 for 2026-2027 school year (August–May), supporting work-life balance aligned with the academic calendar, based on experience, education, and credentials.
