Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent required; Bachelor's strongly preferred in education or related field.
• Previous student teaching, classroom teaching, or experience with school-aged children preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with lead teachers to implement curriculum and routines consistently.
• Plan and provide individualized small-group instruction.
• May present whole-group instruction (up to two classes per day).
• Assist with lesson planning, data-driven instruction, and standards mastery.
• Collaborate in grade-level teams to discuss student work and best practices.
• Analyze assessment data with lead teachers to inform instruction.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training.
• Provide substitute coverage for colleagues as needed.
• Support lead teacher with other responsibilities; additional duties may be assigned.
