Soliant is seeking a Special Education Teacher for a cross-categorical elementary classroom serving 2nd, 3rd, and 4th graders for the 2026-2027 school year. The contract offers a consistent schedule and the opportunity to support learners with varied abilities and needs.

The role requires SC SPED licensure, collaboration with general educators and families, and a commitment to student progress and professional development. This is a full-time, school-year position in South Carolina.

Qualificações

• Ability to develop, implement, and adapt IEPs.
• Strong classroom management, organization, and communication skills.
• Commitment to collaborating with general educators, support staff, and families.
• Valid South Carolina SPED license is required.
• Experience in cross-categorical elementary setting is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Provide specialized instruction to 2nd, 3rd, and 4th graders in a cross-categorical environment.
• Develop targeted lesson plans to meet academic, behavioral, and social goals.
• Track, measure, and document student progress in accordance with IEPs.
• Create an inclusive, supportive classroom atmosphere that fosters student growth.
• Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and professional development opportunities.
• Work with related service providers, administrators, and team members to support students.
