Job summary

Seabright School and Therapy Staffing in Saint Paul, MN is seeking a contract Special Education Teacher for the 2026-2027 school year. The assignment is full-time at an elementary school, with a local contract and a weekly pay structure ranging from $36.90 to $42.44 per hour.

Eligible clinicians can receive a $2,000 completion bonus plus up to $3,000 in referral bonuses. We provide benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, CEU reimbursements, and supportive staffing to help

Qualifications

• 1 year of verifiable, professional experience as Special Education Teacher within the last 3 years (may include residency or clinical practicum).
• Valid Special Education Teacher credential/license or in process in state of practice.
• Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States and will be asked for proof upon hire. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.

Responsibilities

• Teach in an elementary school setting as a Special Education Teacher.
• Collaborate with general education teachers and related services staff.
• Support students’ IEP goals and progress monitoring.
