Job summary

Spectrum 360 A NJ Non Profit Corp. seeks an Elementary School Teacher at Barton Elementary School. The role requires NJ certification for handicapped or disability-specific teaching, with additional Reading Specialist preference.

The candidate will plan individualized instruction and work with diverse students. Salary ranges from $60,653 to $115,891 annually, with full-time benefits including medical, prescription, and dental coverage, plus sick, personal, and bereavement days.

Qualifications

• NJ Teacher of the Handicapped Certification.
• NJ Teacher of Students with Disabilities AND NJ Elementary School Teacher Certification.
• NJ Reading Specialist Certification preferred.
• Ability to plan and implement individualized instruction for at-promise students.
• Ability to relate to children of diverse backgrounds and abilities.
• Experience as an interventionist preferred.
• Ability to maintain student data and collaborate effectively with other staff members, including classroom teachers and teacher coaches.
• Extra duties as assigned by the building Principal.
• Salary: $60,653 - $115,891 per year. Final compensation will be based on experience and qualifications.
• Full-time staff are eligible for Medical, Prescription, and Dental Benefits. Sick, Personal and Bereavement Days are included.

Responsibilities
