BridgePrep Academy, Inc. seeks an energetic Elementary Spanish Teacher for grades 3-5 to join the Osceola campus. You will bring language and culture to life for young learners and deliver our extended Spanish curriculum in a student-centered environment.

You will teach engaging lessons, maintain strong routines, differentiate instruction, and monitor progress with regular assessments. Competitive pay includes up to $5,000 supplemental pay and master's degree supplements.

Qualifications

• Native or near-native fluency in Spanish and proficiency in English.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution.
• Florida Teaching Certification in Spanish (K-12 or World Languages) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engaging Spanish Instruction: plan and deliver standards-aligned daily Spanish lessons for K-5.
• Classroom Culture & Routines: establish routines and maintain a safe, joyful learning space.
• Differentiated Learning: tailor instruction for diverse learners including ELLs and intervention groups.
• Data & Assessment: use formative assessments to track progress and update gradebooks weekly.
• Family Partnership: communicate with families regarding student growth.
• Professional Integration: participate in weekly meetings and professional development.
