Job summary

CALEX SPORTS INC. is seeking part-time coaches to lead after-school sessions at various Bay Area elementary schools. Each class runs about one hour, typically one class per day, with optional pre-care.

Sessions are scheduled weekdays between 1:00 PM and 5:00 PM. Pay ranges from $50 to $65 per session, with all equipment provided. The role requires local residency, a responsible driver, and completion of a brief training/shadowing period prior to start.

Qualifications

• Must be 19+ years old upon application.
• Candidates must currently live locally and be available for in-person work.
• Experience in sports you are applying, coaching, or working with kids is preferred but not required.
• Enjoys working with children in a positive and active setting.
• Flexible, reliable, and punctual.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must have fully vaccinated and willing to undergo a TB test and Live Scan background check before starting work.
• Must complete sending photo and short biography to upload in our website and introduce your experience in sports.

Our programs are held at various elementary schools, Monday–Friday between 1:00 PM and 5:00 PM. This is a part-time position where coaches typically teach one class per day (about one hour), with the possibility of an extra 30 minutes of pre-care. These sessions focus on creating a fun and energetic environment for younger and beginner-level children.

The pay ranges from $50–$65 per session, and all equipment is provided by us.

We do have openings for After School Tennis, Pickleball, Volleyball, Dance, Yoga and Basketball.
