Job summary

Soliant Health is seeking an onsite Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support elementary students in a school district near Clemson, SC. This full-time, contract role spans the full school year and serves a mild-to-moderate caseload across two elementary locations.

CFs are welcome and supervision will be provided to support professional growth. The district anticipates ongoing speech-language needs for 2026-27, with competitive benefits including health, dental, vision, and a 401k plan.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current California SLP License.
• Experience with elementary school-aged students preferred.
• Ability to support mild to moderate student needs effectively; caseload of approximately 55 students.
• CFs are encouraged to apply; supervision provided.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations, develop, and implement IEPs tailored to individual student needs.
• Deliver direct and consultative speech and language therapy services.
• Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families to maximize student progress.
• Maintain required documentation and participate in meetings as needed.
• Provide services onsite across both designated elementary locations.
