Job summary

ProCare Therapy is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist for maternity leave coverage in Acworth, GA, serving elementary students ages 5–11. This full-time contract role offers 37.5 hours per week and begins as soon as possible, extending through early October 2026.

You will deliver direct speech-language therapy, conduct assessments, develop IEPs, and collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student success, while tracking progress per district guidelines.

Qualifications

• Active SLP license is required.
• CCC certification required.
• GaPSC Educator Certification in school settings required.
• Experience serving school-aged children, especially elementary.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct speech and language therapy to elementary students.
• Assess students and develop IEPs.
• Collaborate with teachers, staff and families to support student success.
• Track progress and document services per district guidelines.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive school culture.
