Job summary

AnthroMed Education (School Services) is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist in Chestertown, Maryland, for the 2026–2027 school year. The role focuses on supporting elementary students using AAC to enhance their communication skills.

Qualifications

• Active Maryland SLP license or eligibility for licensure.
• Previous school-based experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language therapy services to elementary students.
• Conduct evaluations and assess speech, language, and communication needs.
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
• Support students using AAC systems and devices.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Participate in IEP meetings, assessments, and team planning.
• Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with IDEA and Maryland state regulations.
