Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited college or university.
• Valid Alabama teaching certificate in the grade level/subject area assigned.
• Ability to meet suitability criteria under applicable Alabama laws.
• Demonstrated proficiency in oral and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to develop and implement curriculum for designated grades/subjects.
• Ability to identify and solve problems as a team member.
• Ability to use technology to communicate, plan, instruct, manage data and reports.
• Physical strength and stamina; punctual and regular attendance.
