Qualifications

• Experience with ADDIE instructional design in a temporary or pilot setting.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication, tested under scrutiny.
• Comfort presenting to a Texas-wide audience without a script.
• TX market sensibility or curiosity about the market.
• Hands-on proficiency with IEP development, ideally paired with Edpuzzle.

Responsibilities

• Turn pattern recognition into faster general calls.
• Make tradeoffs visible to enable CloudFirst Corp to weigh options.
• Write the Microlearning runbook for the next hire.
• Keep Growth Mindset documentation up to date as work expands.
• Read general signals and reprioritize without being asked.
• Carry general projects from napkin sketch to Dallas, TX rollout.
