Job summary

Success Academy Miami is building its founding Florida teaching team to launch a new community with joyful, rigorous instruction and high expectations. As a founding teacher, you’ll help establish culture, routines, and academic excellence from day one.

No teaching certification or Master\'s degree required; fluency in both Spanish and English is required. You’ll join a mission-driven team with world-class coaching to grow professionally while helping students reach their potential.

• Ambassador of SA Winning Adult Culture: Collaborate with colleagues and leaders and actively seek and apply feedback to strengthen instruction and student outcomes
• Scholar & Family Engagement: Engage and invest families in students\' academic growth, behavior, and overall success through regular, productive communication
• Content Study and Instruction: Deeply study the SA curriculum, assignments, and learning goals; deliver rigorous instruction that drives mastery of content
• Evaluation, Assessment, and Continuous Improvement: Regularly study student work and assessment data to evaluate learning

Evaluation, Assessment, and Continuous Improvement

• Regularly study student work and assessment data to evaluate learning.
