Role Description:

The Elementary School Teacher is a full-time, on-site role located in Chattanooga, TN. This role involves planning and delivering engaging, standards-based lessons for elementary students, adapting instruction to meet diverse learning needs. The teacher will manage the classroom environment, assess student progress, provide feedback, and maintain accurate records of academic performance. Responsibilities include collaborating with colleagues on curriculum and school initiatives, communicating regularly with families or guardians, and participating in faculty meetings, professional development, and school events. The teacher will also support students' social-emotional development and uphold school policies and values.

Qualifications

• Strong teaching and elementary education skills, with experience supporting diverse or nontraditional learners.
• Curriculum development and education planning skills, including the ability to design differentiated, standards-aligned lessons.
