Job summary

ProCare Therapy in Elmwood Park, IL is seeking a dedicated School Psychologist to support PreK–5th grade students during the 2026-2027 school year. The role emphasizes evaluations, consultation, and collaboration with educators and families to promote student success.

You will join a supportive school-based team with a stable caseload, Monday–Friday schedule, and competitive pay starting at $55+ per hour, with 35 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• Valid Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with School Psychologist endorsement.
• Master's, Specialist (Ed.S.), or Doctoral degree in School Psychology.
• Strong assessment, consultation, and collaboration skills.
• Experience working with elementary-aged students preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete all initial and reevaluation psychoeducational assessments and required IEP documentation.
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and prepare timely, compliant evaluation reports.
• Participate in eligibility, IEP, and multidisciplinary team meetings.
• Collaborate with the Student Support Team and MTSS teams to problem-solve academic, behavioral, and social-emotional concerns.
• Consult with teachers, administrators, families, and related service providers to support student success.
• Provide direct student support services as scheduling permits.
• Assist with data collection, progress monitoring, and intervention planning.
• Promote a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.
