Job summary

Our Lady of Hope/ St. Luke School in Dundalk, MD seeks a Nurse-Long-Term Substitute for a one-year temporary assignment with potential to become permanent. This part-time role runs 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. and may involve filling two final part-time candidates.

Qualifications

• Current Maryland RN license.
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience.
• Nursing experience in a high school setting.
• CPR/BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide first aid, medical care, and emergency care services to students, faculty, and staff.
• Administer medications and treatments to students as ordered by physicians.
• Assist in the collection and management of health forms.
• Create and maintain documentation of all encounters, assessments, and interventions.
• Serve as liaison between students, teachers and families in regards to health concerns.
