Job summary

Match Charter Public School, part of Match Education, seeks an experienced School Nurse for the 2026-2027 academic year at Match Community Day in Hyde Park, MA. The role supports health services for a diverse student population of PreK-12 and may require occasional coverage at other Match campuses.

The nurse will work with school leadership to ensure student health, safety, and well-being, with hours 7am-2:45pm, starting ASAP.

Qualifications

• Valid Massachusetts Registered Nurse or Nurse Practitioner's license.
• CPR certification, including AED.
• Experience in pediatrics/adolescent medicine.
• Ability to function autonomously in a clinical capacity.
• Excellent communication skills with youth and families from multiple cultural backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Assess, triage, and treat acute illness and injury.
• Provide medication administration PRN and daily.
• Support health screenings and medical forms for students.
• Coordinate with school staff to ensure health services align with license requirements.
• Provide nurse coverage at multiple Match campuses as needed.
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative school community.
