Job summary

Responsibilities

• Perform routine custodial activities at assigned school site; sweep, mop, wax, and polish floors; vacuum rugs and carpets.
• Clean classrooms, restrooms, locker rooms, cafeterias and offices; maintain cleanliness and order.
• Clean and disinfect drinking fountains, sinks, toilets, showers, mirrors, tile and windows.
• Report safety hazards and maintenance needs; maintain security of buildings.
• Operate cleaning equipment and assist with setup for events or meetings.
