Job summary

$50,000 (MA, Step 0; based on the 2025-2026 salary schedule)

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in School Counseling or related field.
• Valid Iowa School Counselor License with K12 Professional School Counselor endorsement.
• Demonstrated successful experience working with elementary-aged students preferred.
• Knowledge of Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS), social-emotional learning, and crisis response practices preferred.
• Must be able to provide required I-9 documentation to verify eligibility to work in the United States.
