Responsibilities

• Clean and process fruits and vegetables; prepare salads.
• Follow recipes and cook foods to proper time and temperature.
• May slice meats and cheeses for sandwiches; prepare ala carte items.
• Operate cashier duties and count money at meals.
• Maintain sanitation and safety standards in kitchen and dining areas.
• Keep serving lines stocked and serve food.
• Complete required forms and records as needed.
