• College transcript showing a degree was earned.
• College transcript showing at least 48 or more college level courses completed (CCS does not count any remedial/pre-requisite courses).
• College transcript showing at least 24 or more college level courses completed (CCS does not count any remedial/pre-requisite courses) plus WorkKeys Assessment with passing scores in these three areas: (1) Workplace Documents (Reading) – score of 4 or better, (2) Business Writing – score of 3 or better, and (3) Applied Mathematics – score of 4 or better.
• Working knowledge of effective methods of dealing with children.
• Ability to solve minor problems and follow detailed written and oral instructions.
• Must obtain and maintain a CDL Bus license and drive a bus when called upon to do so.

Responsibilities

• Gives group instruction as prescribed by teacher; provides individualized instruction.
• Demonstrates various instructional activities.
• Checks and corrects students’ work while in progress; keeps students on task.
• Praises and reinforces achievement of students.
• Reports student progress to teacher.

• Arranges classroom furnishings and equipment, prepares visual aids and duplicates materials.
• Reorganizes materials at the end of day.
