• Provide instructional and behavioral support to students.
• Set up work areas, distribute and collect supplies, and support instruction.
• Assist individuals or small groups to reinforce learning.
• Administer and score tests according to performance and behavior guidelines.
• Support programs to enhance academic, behavioral, and social-emotional growth.
• Provide nurturing, encouraging guidance during lessons.
• Assist with outside-class supervision during drills and assemblies.
• Share classroom routine information with substitute teachers.
• Perform other duties as assigned by teacher or administrator.
