Job summary

Bettendorf Community School District is seeking an Elementary Paraeducator to support student learning in our elementary classrooms, collaborating with teachers and staff to assist with instruction and behavior management.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent, strong communication skills, and the ability to follow lesson plans and help individual students grasp concepts. U.S. citizenship, permanent residency, or an active work visa is required.

Up to 5.75 hours/day

Rate of Pay:

$19.42/hour

• Ability to provide instruction based on lesson plans and assist individual students in comprehending concepts

• Willingness to participate in additional professional development outside regular work hours
