Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Foster an educational environment; plan instructional programs to meet student needs and standards.
• Use appropriate instructional methods aligned with curriculum and ongoing professional growth.
• Establish classroom policies; provide guidance and discipline to support achievement.
• Confers with students, parents/guardians, and staff to support student progress.
• Establish classroom goals and evaluate student progress; prepare progress reports.
• Attend staff meetings and participate in district activities to achieve objectives.
• Direct activities of assigned non-certificated personnel.
