Job summary

Dayton Regional STEM Elementary School is seeking a Midday Support Staff member for the 2025-2026 school year. The role runs Monday through Friday from 10:30 AM to 1:10 PM to supervise elementary students during lunch and assist staff as needed.

Ideal candidates will have good communication skills, the ability to interact positively with students, and be able to work effectively as part of a team. Background checks must be completed at hire time.

Qualifications

• Background check requirements will be completed at the time of hire.
• Experience with elementary aged children preferred.

Job description

The Dayton Regional STEM Elementary School has an opening for the 2025-2026 Midday Support Staff. Monday-Friday from 10:30-1:10 to help support our elementary students during their lunch time.

Role: To actively supervise students

Pay Rate: $19.47/hour

Experience: Previous experience working with elementary aged children is preferred

• Ability to work as a member of a team
