Job summary

Townewest Elementary School is seeking dedicated and enthusiastic tutors to provide small-group math support for students in grades 3–5 after school. Tutors will reinforce grade-level skills, build confidence, and help students grow academically in a structured setting.

The schedule runs Monday to Friday 9:45-1:15, with compensation of $26-30 per hour. Ideal candidates have at least one year of elementary tutoring experience and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience working with elementary-aged students in a classroom, tutoring, or academic support setting.
• Experience with math instruction for grades 3–5 preferred
• Strong communication and classroom management skills
