Ampact is looking for committed individuals to join Math Corps as Math Tutors in Minneapolis, helping students enhance their math skills. Ideal candidates should be dependable, at least 18 years old, and possess a high school diploma. Tutors will work 35 hours per week following school schedules, with the option for part-time positions at 25 hours. Full-time AmeriCorps members will receive a bi-weekly stipend. Qualifications

• Able to follow instructions and make improvements based on feedback.
• 18 years of age or older with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to successfully complete a background check.

Responsibilities

• Be a caring adult who's focused on helping children thrive.
• Lead tutoring sessions and follow a schedule to ensure students receive support.
• Track student progress and meet regularly with the school's on-site coach.
• Conduct skill assessments and enter student scores in data software.
• Commit to your own growth through coaching and training.
