Job summary

Stratford School in San Jose, CA, part of Spring Education Group, is hiring a Lunch Teacher to supervise elementary students during meals and activities. You will help maintain a safe learning environment and support daily campus operations.

Shift is Monday–Friday, 10:45 AM–1:15 PM with a pay range of $19.00–$23.75 per hour. High school diploma or GED required; prior experience with children preferred; strong communication and teamwork are essential.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, patience, and ability to connect with colleagues and students.

Responsibilities

• Supervise elementary students during indoor and outdoor play and meals.
• Maintain a safe learning environment for energetic students.
• Plan and organize arts, crafts, games, and outdoor activities.
• Assist students with homework as needed.
• Collaborate with faculty and staff; light cleaning duties as required.
