Qualifications

• Demonstrated passion for student achievement and directed effort to raise individual student outcomes.
• Strong communication skills and openness to new ideas in teaching methods.
• Experience as an elementary educator is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead one cohort of students and guide them through classroom transitions.
• Collaborate with the Subject Expert Teacher (SET) for each class period.
• Provide individualized or small-group instruction to meet differentiated needs of students.
• Establish and maintain behavior standards for a productive learning environment.
