Oak Hill Montessori Community School is seeking a full-time Elementary Lead Guide Teacher for Grades 1-3 to join our elementary program. The ideal candidate will hold a Minnesota Elementary Education license, have AMI/USA elementary certification preferred, and experience with multi-grade classrooms in a Montessori setting.
The role runs 8:00 am–4:00 pm, Monday–Friday, during the 10-month school year, with opportunities to collaborate across the school community.

Oak Hill Montessori Community School (OHMCS) is seeking either an AMI trained, or teacher with experience working with multi-grade experience (Grades 1-3) for our lower elementary classroom, beginning Fall 2026, to join the dedicated faculty of our elementary program. OHMCS is looking for someone with a passion for learning, who is excited to deepen our students' experiences across disciplines, in and out of the classroom, and who possesses the skills and abilities necessary to implement our school’s mission.
General Summary of Position: This is a full-time, salaried, exempt position, with typical on-site hours of 8:00 am - 4:00 pm, M-F, throughout the 10-month school year. The guide’s responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:
