Qualifications

• At least 3 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Provide a satisfactory result on a County Police Records Check.
• Provide a satisfactory result on State BCII Check and FBI Fingerprint Background Check.

Responsibilities

• Inspire, motivate, develop, and guide elementary students to play competitive sports.
• Oversee games and work with teams to promote good sportsmanship.
• Instruct students in fundamental skills and strategies necessary for success.

Skills

Ability to motivate and inspire elementary age students

Ability to serve as a role model

Demonstrated knowledge of skills associated with the sport

Education

Possess a Coaches Tool Chest Certification

Possess an Ohio Department of Education (ODE) Pupil Activity Permit

Evidence of successful past coaching experience preferred
