Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with educational technology.
• Ability to follow instructions and adapt to individual student needs.
• Must pass background checks and required training or certification.
• Availability to work part-time, including potential after-school or evening commitments.

Responsibilities

• Assist teachers in implementing lesson plans and activities.
• Provide one-on-one or small group support to students.
• Monitor student progress and behavior; provide feedback to teachers.
• Help prepare instructional materials and resources.
• Support students with special needs and accommodations.
• Maintain a safe and organized learning environment.
• Communicate with students, teachers, and parents about progress.
• Participate in staff meetings and professional development.
• Assist with classroom management and promote positive behavior.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervising teacher or administration.
