Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; High School diploma or equivalent with 48 college units or NCLB Paraprofessional Certification acceptable.
• At least 2 years’ experience working with youth is desirable.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must pass a DOJ/FBI background check and TB clearance.

Responsibilities

• Identify students eligible for enrichment programs.
• Develop curricula using higher-level thinking and problem-solving techniques.
• Communicate with parents and administrators about student progress and activities.
• Support students with individualized learning activities and group practices.
• Track data to evaluate the effectiveness of enrichment programs.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop a high-performing team.
