Job summary

Calex-Sports-Inc is hiring part-time youth coaches to teach 5–10 year olds at elementary schools across the Bay Area. Sessions run Monday–Friday from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM, with about one hour per class and an extra 30 minutes of pre-care when available.

Coaches will provide fun, energetic instruction, manage 8–16 students per class, and attend a 2‑day training. Local residency, reliable transportation, and vaccination plus TB/Live Scan checks are required.

Qualifications

• Must be 19+ years old.
• Must currently live locally and be available for in-person work.
• Experience in sports or coaching or working with kids is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Teach classes for students ages 5–10 using provided lesson plans.
• Manage class size (8–16 students) and maintain a positive environment.
• Attend a 2‑day training or shadowing session before starting.
• Equipment provided; coach should have reliable transportation.
• Take attendance, manage sign‑ins, and interact with parents/school staff.
• Capture a few class photos for documentation.
