Qualifications

• Master's degree in school counseling or related field.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and evaluate a comprehensive elementary school counseling program.
• Use student data to identify needs, monitor progress, and improve services.
• Develop an annual counseling plan aligned to campus goals and district priorities.
• Provide direct counseling services to individuals and small groups.
• Support students facing academic, behavioral, social-emotional, or crisis challenges.
• Collaborate with families, teachers, and community partners to promote student success.
• Follow laws, policies, and confidentiality; participate in ongoing professional development.
