• Plans activities and services for College and Career Readiness.
• Communicates program goals to parents, students, school and community.
• Allocates ~80% of time to direct services through Core Curriculum, Individual Planning and Preventive/Responsive Services.
• Maintains resources and communicates with stakeholder groups.
• Uses data to tailor programs to student needs.
• Aligns with MTSS and incorporates prevention/intervention activities.
• Incorporates Mindsets & Behaviors for Student Success (K-12).
