Job summary

ESS is seeking a Cafeteria Aide for W.G. Rice Elementary in Boiling Spring, PA. The part-time role runs Monday–Friday from 10:30 to 1:30 with a $17.38/hour wage.

You will supervise students during lunch and coordinate with another aide and school staff to enforce cafeteria rules and maintain order. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• PA Department of Education Form 6004: Arrest/Conviction Report and Certification - Act 24.
• PA State Police Criminal History Clearance - Act 34.
• Federal Criminal History Clearance - Act 114.
• Child Abuse Clearance - Act 151 Sexual Misconduct/Abuse Disclosure Release - Act 168.
• Tuberculosis Test/Physical.
• Drug Screen - Varies by District.

Responsibilities

• Oversee students during lunch and recess periods, enforcing appropriate student behavior and ensuring a safe and orderly environment.
• Take all reasonable precautions to protect students, facilities, equipment, and materials.
• Immediately report incidents, injuries, and significant behavioral concerns.
• Demonstrate cooperation and flexibility in performing other related duties as assigned by school administration and ESS.
