Job summary

Great Hearts Academies is seeking a K-5 Teaching Assistant/Apprentice Teacher for Archway Trivium Academy in Goodyear, AZ. The role supports the lead teacher in delivering a Core Knowledge curriculum, with mentorship from a Master Teacher to learn teaching in a classical liberal arts setting.

These positions may lead to becoming a lead teacher at lower or upper schools once a bachelor's degree is obtained. US work authorization is required; criminal history background checks and fingerprint

Qualifications

• Associate's or bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• Some locations may require an AA, 60 hours of college credit, or ParaPro proficiency exam before beginning work.
• US work authorization is required, OPT/CPT candidates accepted.
