Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; K-12 Special Education Certification essential.
• Experience as a Special Education teacher preferred.
• Willingness to earn and work toward an Autism Spectrum Disorder endorsement.

Responsabilités

• Support students with Autism at the elementary level.
• Develop lesson plans in alignment with IEP goals.
• Lead teacher duties including supervising assistants.
• Implement and ensure compliance with student IEPs.
• Provide extended school year programming as needed.

Ability to develop lesson plans

Formation

Bachelor’s Degree from an approved college or university

Valid K-12 Special Education Certification from the State of Michigan
