You will supervise activities, help with materials, and collaborate with staff and families to promote positive learning experiences. Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, with preference for an associate’s degree.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support classroom instruction by assisting with lessons and activities.
• Provide one-on-one or small group support for students with special learning needs.
• Supervise students during activities, recess, and meals.
• Assist with classroom management and behavior strategies as directed by the teacher.
• Record student progress, attendance, and other administrative tasks.
• Prepare instructional materials and organize the classroom environment for effective learning.
• Maintain open communication with teachers, parents, and educational staff.
• Willingness to participate in additional training to support students with autism.
