Villa Montessori School in Phoenix, AZ, seeks a full-time Elementary I Assistant for the 2026/2027 school year. The role supports the lead teacher in the Elementary I room, ages 6 to 9, with daily activities and lessons from 7:45am to 3:30pm, Monday through Friday.

The ideal candidate is organized, compassionate, professional, and enthusiastic about working with children. Montessori experience is a plus but not required; fingerprint clearance is required.
