Job summary

Carbon Performance is expanding and seeking a passionate coach to lead our Element 6 training. You will deliver dynamic strength-based sessions in a high-energy group setting, emphasizing safety and progression for all participants.

You’ll inspire and guide members toward performance milestones, foster community, and upholding the Carbon Performance energy and standards across every class.

Qualifications

• Certification in group fitness or personal training preferred.
• Experience leading strength, conditioning or functional training group sessions.
• Strong knowledge of movement mechanics and injury prevention.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and public speaking.
• Able to adapt training for all fitness levels.
• CPR/AED and First Aid certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Coach dynamic Element 6 training sessions blending strength, conditioning, and performance.
• Deliver clear, engaging instruction while maintaining a high-energy environment.
• Ensure proper form, safety, and technique across exercises and equipment.
• Modify workouts to accommodate various fitness levels and limitations.
• Motivate participants to reach personal performance milestones.
• Maintain a clean, organized workout space before, during, and after sessions.
• Stay informed on fitness trends and performance protocols to enhance class quality.
• Build rapport with members through coaching and feedback.
• Uphold Carbon Performance standards and lead by example in professionalism and energy.
