Job summary

The GEMÜ Group in Georgia is seeking an Electropolisher to join our production team. You will set up and operate electropolishing equipment on stainless-steel components, adjust process parameters, and document results to ensure surface finish and quality meet specifications.

Second shift (2pm-11pm) is available, with occasional early morning, evening or weekend work as needed. A high school diploma and 1+ year of related experience are expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of electropolishing or chrome/nickel plating experience.
• Ability to read and interpret work instructions and technical drawings.
• Basic computer skills are a plus.
• Experience with stainless steel components preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate electropolishing equipment for stainless-steel components.
• Adjust process parameters including voltage, current, temperature, and cycle time.
• Rack and fixture parts to ensure uniform polishing and prevent defects.
• Monitor cycles and maintain repeatable results.
• Inspect parts for surface finish and conformance to specifications.
• Identify nonconforming parts per quality procedures.
• Maintain tanks, power supplies, ventilation, and related equipment.
• Document production activities and inspection results.
• Maintain a clean workspace while following safety PPE requirements.
• Other duties as required.
